The valve core cannot stop under the electromagnetic effect and the law of inertia, but this does not mean that the pipeline flow cannot be controlled by the solenoid valve.
In fact, choosing a large-flow double or multi-unit solenoid valve produced in China will have a better effect. Double or multi-unit valves usually control parameters such as temperature, working pressure, and liquid level. Large valves ensure basic quantity, and small valves provide compensation quantity. In systems with relatively stable parameters, this position control is very precise. For some systems with large parameter changes, the change speed is still subject to certain constraints, such as temperature control systems, which are still affected by thermal inertia.
Therefore, under the premise that the solenoid valve core considers the control requirements, the use of appropriate double or multi-unit valves can greatly reduce the cost of the regulating valve.
The solenoid valve of the new pipeline construction should be cleaned before use to eliminate the residue, dirt and welding in the pipeline to prevent the gate valve from being blocked or blocked. During the stop of the imported solenoid valve processing technology, if the solenoid valve is not needed, please close the manual stop valve in front of the gate valve. If the stop time is too long, you can consider removing the solenoid valve for storage. Otherwise, the serious scaling of the processing technology pipeline will remain in the valve, and the gate valve will be stuck inside and cannot work. It is also important to prepare the necessary spare parts in advance. The structure of the solenoid valve is not too complicated, and it is not difficult to solve common faults.
