There are generally three ways to achieve the automatic control of automobiles, namely photoelectric mode, mechanical mode and a combination of the two. Earlier, due to the limitations of intelligent technology, the manufactured automobiles generally all used mechanical mode as automatic control. After all, electronic information technology was not as advanced as it is now. At that time, compared with the high price and poor performance of large-scale machinery, choosing a mechanical automatic control system is undoubtedly a better and wiser choice. This kind of mechanical automatic control system all uses vacuum control or hydraulic control.
Vacuum control is generally used for the control of automobile engines. When the engine speed is faster, the engine air intake will be more vacuum. The changes in the engine load can be sensed by the system. In this vacuum state, the solenoid valve can make the control components move. Because the solenoid valve is cheaper and simpler, it is widely used. Another type of hydraulic control is mostly used for the control of the ground. There are many different control methods and they are widely used. The most common one is undoubtedly the power steering system, which usually controls the amount of hydraulic oil to achieve the steering assist. However, since this method requires a hydraulic oil pump to generate a pressure difference, it is slightly more expensive and the structure is more complicated.
In fact, the hydraulic oil circuit of the car has a lot in common with the power circuit. As long as you are a little familiar with it, it will not be so difficult to understand. From the perspective of the entire hydraulic transmission system of the double-acting solenoid valve, it is not only necessary to have the driving force caused by the pressure difference, but also different hydraulic pipelines that transmit the hydraulic oil. The mechanism of a circulation system is as follows: first, the hydraulic oil pressure difference drives the components to operate, the solenoid valve pressure decreases, and the hydraulic oil flows back to the pump until the next pressure difference is increased. As can be seen from the above, the hydraulic oil circuit and the power circuit have almost the same characteristics. In fact, the control method of the pneumatic solenoid valve is also similar. The switch can control the conduction of the power circuit, and the hydraulic oil circuit uses the solenoid valve to control the hydraulic press. It is also because the vacuum solenoid valve completes complex functions with a simple principle that the solenoid valve has a very large range of applications and marketing in the car.
